In order to register and compete in a WMX event, riders must apply for a WMX license.

The following information is required in order to apply:

1. Current AMA Membership
2. Medical Insurance card. If you don’t have insurance, the AMA offers easy and affordable medical insurance through its RAMP program (Rider Accident Medical Plan) https://www.jonesbirdsong.com/ramp/indexform.html
3. Proof of completion of the ImPACT neurocognitive baseline test dated within two years of the date of competition. https://baselinetesting.com/
4. Photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
5. Forward facing Headshot for credential (no sunglasses or hats)
6. Form W-9 completed
7. Direct Deposit form completed
8. Sign liability release and waiver
