Jamie Astudillo to Boost Women's Motocross Media Coverage

BluStarr.com, a longstanding advocate for women’s motocross, is thrilled to announce its collaboration with top WMX Pro Motocross rider Jamie Astudillo. Astudillo will serve as BluStarr’s official Social Media Coordinator and Media Correspondent, marking an exciting venture to amplify media coverage of women’s motocross.

Team owner Lee Bowers expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We’re extremely excited to add Jamie to the BluStarr team.” Astudillo’s recent podium finish at Round 1 of the WMX series at Daytona Motor Speedway underscores her position as one of the series' top competitors. With a lifelong passion for motocross and a wealth of racing experience, Astudillo is uniquely positioned to provide insightful coverage for race fans and the BluStarr brand.

As part of the partnership, Astudillo will race and report at all seven rounds of the WMX series, along with other events featuring women and up-and-coming girls in motocross. Leveraging her years of racing experience, she will share insights, conduct interviews with riders and industry leaders, and keep fans and fellow racers updated with the latest news and results.

Commenting on the collaboration, Jamie Astudillo shared, “I’ve been racing since I was four years old, competing in various series including MXGP, WMX in the US, WMX Canadian nationals, and even road racing with MotoAmerica.” Astudillo’s dedication to the sport extends beyond the track, as she is on the verge of graduating with a bachelor's degree in sports management, driven by her desire to promote positive change for women in motocross.

“I’m excited to seize this opportunity with BluStarr to contribute to women's motocross coverage while continuing my racing journey,” Astudillo added.
